Welcome to Wizzyl, operated by Peach Loves Digital Limited, a UK-based company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website builder platform, services, and any associated content (collectively, the "Services"). - Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.

13. Wizzyl Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wizzyl (trading as Peach Loves Digital Limited) are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must Like/Love and Follow the official Wizzyl Facebook or Instagram page. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on August 31st. The decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Prize: The winner will receive a custom-built Wizzyl website for their existing business, new business idea, online CV, or portfolio. The prize includes 24 months of free hosting, support, and maintenance.
Prize Conditions:
- The website build will be completed by a Wizzyl expert based on the winner’s input. The winner must provide necessary content and guidance in a timely manner.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Wizzyl reserves the right to decline any content or requests that do not meet company guidelines or standards.
Limitation of Liability:Wizzyl, trading as Peach Loves Digital Limited, and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
Wizzyl assumes no responsibility for any technical or other issues that may prevent a participant from entering or claiming the prize.
Disqualification: Wizzyl reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is found to be fraudulent.
Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Wizzyl may use their name, likeness, and any content submitted for promotional purposes without further compensation.
